My experience with Dr. Plummer has been and continues to be stellar! Five Stars are not enough! He has a kind and thoughtful bedside manner, gave me a thorough explanation of my condition, diagnosis, and recommended treatment options. I was very anxious and he made me feel comfortable, listened to my concerns, and put me totally at ease. The cataract surgery went exactly as he described-his expertise and care were above and beyond. Dr. Plummer's follow-up has been excellent and he responded promptly to phone/text messages that I had with post-op questions. His Business Office Manager, Jessica, is professional, helpful, and efficient. Timely appointments, no wait times, a very pleasant office environment. I highly recommend Dr. Plummer and Spark Eye Care without reservation!

Would you like a Dr. Who is kind & compassionate or one who explains exactly what is going to happen so you can understand it & someone extremely knowledgeable about his profession. No need to look further. Dr Plummer has it all. Come see for yourself. I did!

Love the new practice and location - Dr. Plummer is the best. My eyes are pretty good so only seeing him once a year, but wife has things that require more frequent visits, and he takes such good care of her! Kind, gentle, and highly skilled as well. Always up on the newest treatments.

Both my wife and I see Dr. Plummer, who is both a solid and skilled ophthalmologist, as well as being one of the nicest doctors I have ever met. So proud to support him in his new practice in Kyle. We live in SW Austin so it’s easier to get to him than someone in central Austin. Highly recommend!

Dr. Plummer is fantastic. I was seen on time. He took the time to explain my eye issues in detail, including his using a plastic model of an eye and its various components. He also submitted a detailed written report to my general doctor within a day of my visit. Rest assured that you will receive quality service visiting him.

I am absolutely thrilled with my experience with Dr. Plummer and his staff during my recent cataract surgery! Everyone I encountered at the office and surgery Center were pleasant and treated me as if I was their only patient! Dr. Plummer takes his time to answer ever question. I also noticed in the surgery that they were checking and double checking that everything was accurate! Definitely a 5 out of 5!

I had a very nice experience at Westlake Eye Specialists in Kyle today. I’ve been considering getting LASIK done for some time now. Dr. Plummer was very thorough. He explained everything and made sure I understood the risks and side effects that could potentially happen with lasik. He answered all of my questions and concerns. Needless to say, I booked my pre op appointment and I am very excited to be moving forward with this process.

The experience could not have been smoother, not only is he extremely knowledgeable and attentive, his office staff and technicians are also very friendly, and knowledgeable. A great experience from start to finish, the cherry on top is now being able to see perfectly without glasses or contacts!

WOW! my right was done first, after 60 plus years of depending on glasses, I am now seeing 20/20 and looking forward to getting my left eye done 10 June. I'm absolutely amazed.
